Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and my address, as this is a home based business. My pickup hours are 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at limitlessdecor@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
